We are also present in the Czech Republic, under the name KANCELÁŘ29, and we offer virtual office services in Ostrava. Choosing our service allows you to eliminate the cost of renting a traditional office and hiring employees. It is an ideal solution for all beginner entrepreneurs, including foreigners who want to start their business in Poland and who want to reduce costs in the initial phase of operations. The entire procedure will not take more than 15 minutes. It is also possible to sign contract: by correspondence or electronically. In the latter case, you do not bear any additional costs and no special software is required.

Do you need address for company registration?
If you wish to register a company through the S-24 system or with the CEIDG (Central Registration and Information on Business) using one of our addresses, report this fact by clicking on the button below.
Failure to report will result in immediate notification to the registry authority and the Tax Office. We will also do the same if the application has been filed, but the contract has not been signed within 14 days of registration. Subsequent signing by such entities will be possible subject to payment of a one-time fee of PLN 250 net..
